Guess the Skin tests your ability to identify Counter-Strike 2 weapon finishes through strategic deduction. Available in both Daily and Infinite modes, this puzzle challenges you to figure out the mystery skin using limited guesses and feedback clues.
How to Play Guess the Skin
Your first guess is blind
The game starts with no information visible. Make your initial guess based on intuition, popular skins, or strategic elimination.
Clues reveal after your first attempt
Once you've made a guess, five feedback categories appear:
- Weapon: The specific gun (AK-47, AWP, M4A1-S, Desert Eagle, Glock-18, USP-S)
- Rarity: The skin's tier (Consumer Grade, Industrial Grade, Mil-Spec, Restricted, Classified, Covert, Contraband)
- Category: Weapon class (Rifle, Pistol, SMG, Sniper, Heavy, Knife)
- Playside: Which team can equip it (Counter-Terrorist, Terrorist, or Both Teams)
- Year: When the skin was released
Color-coded feedback guides your next guess
- Green: Your guess matches the mystery skin in this category
- Red: Your guess doesn't match in this category
- Year with arrows: An up arrow (↑) means the actual year is higher; a down arrow (↓) means it's lower
You have 8 bullets (lives)
Each guess uses one bullet. Run out before identifying the skin, and the round ends. Strategic guessing and process of elimination are key to winning consistently.
Daily Mode vs Infinite Mode
Daily Mode
The competitive version that resets every 24 hours. Completing the daily puzzle contributes to your free case progression and counts toward leaderboard points. Daily performance determines your monthly ranking and eligibility for skin prizes.
Infinite Mode
Unlimited practice rounds with randomly selected skins. Perfect for sharpening your identification skills, testing strategies, and learning the skin database without pressure. Infinite mode doesn't affect your leaderboard standing or case rewards—it's purely for training and fun.
